Baker Plaid Messenger Bag

This one-of-a-kind messenger bag is the perfect gift for the horse loving college student! Made from a heavy-duty Baker plaid horse blanket that had graced a beautiful steed for years and was ready for a new life! It is accented with beautiful D rings taken from an Australian Saddle and the closure flap is from an English saddle, complete with original stitching. It is finished off with a beautiful high quality antique brass tuck lock. This bag is sure to turn heads.

It features vegetable tanned leather as the side band and the interior has a large, padded section for your lap top as well as a zipper pocket and an open pocket, giving you lots of places to store your valuables. The back exterior features a pocket that is perfect for keeping your cell phone handy. It comes with two crossbody straps. One strap is made from 1” wide leather horse tack and the other is made with 1 ½” wide black nylon webbing. Both straps feature high quality antique brass hardware.
